What is there
Ruta Aymara

What is there to discover on this Tour?

The Aymara Route in Puno is a fascinating journey through history, spirituality, and the ancestral traditions of the highlands. At Aramu Muru, an imposing rock formation with a carved stone door, there’s a mystical atmosphere, believed by many to be a dimensional portal. The Temple of Fertility in Chucuito, with its enigmatic monoliths, reflects ancient pre-Hispanic ceremonies. In Molloco, the chullpas (funerary towers) showcase the fusion of Inca and Lupaca cultures, while the Waru Warus, advanced Andean agricultural techniques, continue to protect crops from the cold. This tour connects you with the essence of the Aymara people, immersing you in breathtaking landscapes and the wisdom of a culture that has endured for generations.
